The first consultation is about getting to know your lifestyle. How you function within your life and what it is that you are choosing to heal or change. This enables you to be able to set a goal for an outcome on your treatments.

Secondly we discuss openly your concerns, repetative behaviours, fears or issues that are limiting you from being able to heal and move forward to living a more enjoyable existance.

Thirdly we start the process of EFT. It is gentle, non invasive and highly effective. I encorporate counselling, crystals, meditation, clairvoyance and also give you as much information and assistance to enable you to continue working by yourself. After all you will need to work on your meridians and points of concern until you have desensitized the issues or limitiations that you have been working through. This enables you to gain back you own inner power.

Most clients will come for approximately 3 to 4 sessions the maximum is approximately 10 session depending on the depth of issues. Although I don’t limit your weekly sessions I do try to encourage you to work just effectively on your own as you will do when working within your one on one sessions. It is for you best interests that you continue to heal and work on yourself. This encourages you to follow through and to put into practise the skills you will be learning.
